Our free outline generator is provided “as is” without charge. Since no money is exchanged, refunds do not apply to the free service. You may stop using the tool at any time.

2. Premium Features & Donations

• Donations are final and non‑refundable. We deeply appreciate your support, but we cannot reverse donations once processed.
• Premium plan subscriptions (if any) come with a 14‑day money‑back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
• One‑time purchases (e.g., extra templates, advanced exports) are non‑refundable once delivered, unless the digital product is defective or not as described.
